The yard I work in issued us these little black and green Motorola radios that absolutely SUCK. They either won't charge,won't hold a charge or just refuse to work. They're pieces of junk!!
Any advice or recommendations are certainly appreciated. We're on a tight budget,so that's a concern as well. Looking for as much bang for the buck as possible. Thanks!
Basically, you get what you pay for. But you've already found that out. Can't really tell you much more than that. To get a good system will cost you.
