My list would be:
1. compressors

TV's, 1/2kg
Microwaves.1Kg
1. Ins wire (stripped)

3. Electronics- Tv's/monitors, Microwaves, stereo receivers, ect

I usually get 100-200 lbs a month but it varies and i get it anywhere i can. 2 winters ago a condo complex had water pipes burst in almost every unit 58 if i remember right. I made sure to talk to the contractor called to fix the pipes got well over 400 lbs of pipe with 5 lbs of aluminium fins that week.
dont forget pennies 81 and earlier, i get about a pound every month by sorting my change, crt's are another good source for copper
TV's - Motors - Wire - find at - street Trash - dumpsters - I have built up lots of vac motors ,I like the newer ones l as they have plastic bodies . I must have a Gross ton of vac motors .I have lamp ballast . trans formers from microwaves .Tools and more - I am a bit overwhelmed . The Nike motto has not kicked in for the dismantle aspect. But if I see I get it thats all .
