If it helps i put a standard screwdriver about half an inch into my palm the other day. It is inevitable in this line of work to take a hit from the metal stay safe or try lol
Like a dance with steps , dismantling is the same. Using the same procedures time and time again is safest. But more often then not a little freestyle slips in.
It's all good and all dangerous.
Simply stated not getting hurt is the correct way .
Ive had well over 100 stitches and 2nd and 3rd degree burns, mostly in the name of scrapping, but I believe bout 25 or so were from a chainsaw accident. Anyhow, welcome to the club brother. It seems to mean more to ya when you've literary bleed for it. First aid kit in my pickup ? Naw, bottle of peroxide and blue shop towel and black tape, some of the best band aids ever.
been there done that. once fell off a truck and caught the lit torch tip in the crook of my arm and that big old think the semi trailer hooks into landed about 4 inches from my head. Guess god really dose love children and idiots, :)
