Send them in the way they are.
i've had them graded both ways. it depends on the yard. when they are telecom they were 2.50 a lb and when they were mid-prefihial (sp) they were .45 a lb
Update i got 3.65 a pound for them. I dont think thats too bad
what were they graded as? network/telecom/military grade? i have plenty of these, lol.

Just bought 800 lbs of these at .90 per lbs. They all had the metal case on the bottom of the board which I convinced the seller lowered the value dramatically.. (not completely untrue) Found them at a local scrap yard I do business with. They bought them for .09 per lbs so I don't feel bad at all.
