Hey man. Nice website. Do you recover the metals yourself, you do you sell the different parts? E-scrap is gaining popularity and I believe any serious scrappers will give it a second thought.

your absolutely correct, it will be fullish no to scrap electronic when given the chance to do so..

some selective parts i keep to myself to recover PM from and the rest are dismantled and sold separately (i.e. circuit boards, steel, aluminum, copper etc'...)

How much do you usually per lbs for motherboards ? about other circuit boards from monitors,tv, etc ?

My biggist problem is to try and find someone to take the crt glass and the plastic,without me having to pay for it.

For MB i usually get 2.5-3$ per lb, I'm not located in the US so i guess you might get better prices there then i can over here.
I do my best not to let in any CRT monitors in my operation for that exact problem, any power supply boards are removed from their Aluminum and sold as very low grade Copper.
I have turned down some big deals in the past because the costumer wanted to get rid of old monitors along side computers and servers but didn't understood he most pay for monitor recycling.
If you don't get paid for CRT, don't take it.
