Recently a local cable company had to do some work in my yard and the worker took one of my towers. The problem i have is that it was my personal tower from my house and he took it without asking. I am the type of guy that would have given him one of my other ones if he asked.I break them down and sell them. Would report him or not.
Hate to say it, but you gotta report him. Would suck to have your identity stolen, or something like that, and have not reported it.
If your going to report that he stole your computer you need to have some proof. Make sure the he is the one that took it. my .02
I did and he admitted it. Just seeing what others would have done. Sad part is I just put up a new six foot fence after losing mine to Sandy. I had no fence for three months and nothing went missing.
Report him, scrapping is a respectable trade and stealing only robs us of all the good we do. Report that ass, if not, you are encouraging him to keep on stealing. How can you prove it?

Unless something is next to your trash cans then I wouldn't consider it up for grabs, just because it's out in your yard doesn't mean it's free. Heck I usually ask permission even if it's with the trash cans! He should have known that it wasn't ok to take it.
