anything in tv's worth scraping??
There are lots of threads on tv's that cover this question well. The problem with using the search feature and putting in "tv" is its too short to do the search. I went to the how to dismantle section of the forum and just went through the list and found this. You will also find that this is a list of suggested threads at the bottom or each thread. I suggest you spend time reading more of the threads in all the sections it will help you a lot. Mike.

I know this has been answered at least 100 times now. Even breaking down as to what's in them.

You only need to do it once to learn not to do it again.

My TVs are full of horrible "reality" shows, terrible talk shows, and overly-dramatic news programs. It's all scrap, as far as I'm concerned.
Tv's do have some goodies in them, All are not created equal tho. crt, projection, flatscreen, just dispose of the left overs properly.
there is gold in flatscreens and some projection tv's
Nope. Nothing. Not a thing. Put em back. Leave em alone. You'll put you're eye out!!!!!
Never smash them, a small hobbit living inside the tube will jump out and eat your face off. He is there to protect the precious pound of gold inside. They like marshmallows and Cheetos , so you may need to buy some for your protection.
Just be careful...wait for it....
