face book banns free speach today !

Firsst let me say I don'i use facebook because of their spy atitude on your personal life, that said.

beginning last night facebook started deleting all accounts with pro gun speech, accounts that quote the founding fathers etc. however they do not delete even the posts of those that say things like killing the pres of the nra. so they are not banning violence, just liberty and freedom speech.

i agree with that 100%, also there are some petitions on whitehouse.gov that need to be considered involving our 2nd amendment rights and certain celebrities and senators that are making unconstitutional remarks

We have already lost our freedom of speach and the changes to the constituion is right around the corner.

doesn't surprise me. i'm more surprised the owners of this world haven't worked harder at censoring youtube... jghilino, forget about that petition. the gov. does whats best for the corporations. Not whats best for the slaves that feed the corporations.

Are you aware that he started out with his FB app while in college. His first endeavor was to gather and post photos of the college females, allowing other college students to vote on them. This was eventually taken down, but he only changed pages, not the approach.
He even took the name of Facebook from elsewhere

Free speech is something you have if you own the publication. If you want to talk on another site like this one you are at the pleasure of the owner. This is true for the most part except if you have paid for the site the you are afforded certain rights from the exchange of money for services. Like you can't be banned or removed from the site unless you break the terms of the site.

It's his site he can take his toys and go home if he wants. Free market says so.

The usual do as I say, not as I do.
One guy in IL was arrested with a gun boarding a plane. And he is anti-gun.

Just checked. I still have National Association for Gun Rights, and I still have American White History Month. Those 2 are about as pro gun and pro liberty as it gets. It would not surprise me if they both disappear from FB, along with other groups I belong to that involve living off the grid, and personal independence.

I think you are talking about the one that was caught with a gun and never charged because of his status. Like the laws dont apply to the elites.

This is true that he has more partners, but he has the most votes.

I'm not saying that I agree with what they did I'm just saying that its the way of capitalism. Look it worked the accounts are back up and it proves the system works. If no one made a stink then it would still have been the will of the people cause it would mean that it's not that important for them to be upset about. If he had chosen to not put the accounts back up people would have voted with there wallets and told his ad companies that they will boycott there products and they would have pulled there support and his company would go under or at least lose money. If you like capitalism have some faith in it working.:D The worst thing that could happen is a pro gun facebook style system showing up.

Im all for capitalism, but the line between capitalism and vulture capitalism is getting very blured these days.

If those that run facebook had a true moral compass, money should not have been their moral guide.
