Somebody poisoned the "watering hole"

Love it. At my job, there is a drum for scrap metal that is marked "NO GARBAGE" in spray paint (they let me have any scrap metal they generate since it isn't enough to justify selling it themselves). Recently, while emptying it, I found somebody didn't get the message and threw a styro-foam container filled with chicken bones in it. Obviously I had to make the message a little clearer for somebody:

I don't appreciate somebody using my mongo drum as a garbage can because it's not, and I'm sure everyone here feels the same way if they have collection containers they leave for people/customers to dump their scrap in...

If you're not careful, they won't be tossing shred in there either, just sayin.
How hard would it been to toss it on over into the garbage barrel, maybe it was a simple mistake, or maybe they just didn't care. If the latter is the case, they're certainly not going to care any more tomorrow than they did today, and maybe even less

Yeah, if you wanna know how much people don't care, just ask anyone who has an aluminum can recycling bin. They'll tell you that they find everything from condoms to yard waste in their containers.

But I figure that it just comes with the territory. Also, when the trash cans are full and there are no other trash cans, people will start finding other convenient places to dispose of their trash. Your collection container will be first on the list.
