haha, night owl ? i had to kill an owl a few nights ago, he was working on killing about the 6th duck. He was a younger one too, i hated doing it, i knew who he was, a great horned, i even got a blurry photo of him a couple months ago. The older ones don't get up close to the house, but I hear and see them out deep in the woods

He had the duck down when i hit him, i went back inside and sulked for awhile, then decided i'd go box up their remains so the rest of em wouldn't be met with such a sight at daylight. When I went back out there the duck was gone, she was over in some brush hiding out. After I shined the light around out there she went over where the others were
