Grade this board please

I was wondering what this board would be considered as. These and a few more like it came out of some older IBM desktops. They had no actual ceramic style cpu's in them. Would this fall into slot processor category perhaps? Thanks, and I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!

backplane or connector board as some people call them.
