My first pickup

Hello everyone. I'm heading out on my first pickup tomorrow. The guy I'm picking up from called me today and said he had an empty helium tank in addition to everything else. Is there anything I need to know about disposal before picking up anything like this.

I tried to do a search on the board for this but didn't come up with anything.

You might call your yard to make sure they will accept that tank. My yard won't take them, unless they're cut open.

Yeah most yards wont tank any tanks unless they are cut in half or a big hole cut in them.

The light weight ones from party stores have a punch out hole on them towards the top, of course make sure its empty before pounding on it! LOL

cut it in half or do what I do.... SMASH IT WITH A BACKHOE!!! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
