this is a new one to me

so i'm taking puters apart and find this motherboard. it looks 90% gold and 10% green. is it more valuable than the green boards? yes, this is the back side.

That is a protective varnish they put over the board. They actually use different colors. That's copper under the varnish, give it a scrape. The green where it says 6.4 has had the copper etched off already.

All that glitters is not gold. If you see gold color that has no coating on then you can be fairly sure that you have gold.
