Hello from NJ
Hi all. I am new to the scrapping business and am learning lessons quickly! Seems in NJ, there is a lot of competition so I am trying hard to learn quickly. What I have learned so far is from the SM Forum and I appreciate it a lot! I was wondering though, why does it seem that other scrapers like to flag your craigslist postings even though they are compliant? Not complaining as the world is tough out there but.... Thanks for all the good info and I hope to add value too after my experiences are greater. Good luck out there!

Some "A##" holes out there will flag your CL ads, to keep your information\items to themselves. Just wait a little while and re-post it. Welcome to the world of scrapping. I wish you only the best. You are correct about the competition out there. Being that the economy is so bad right now, people are doing every thing that they can do, just to bring in a few bucks. What better way to make money, than to take other people's trash and turn it into cash!!!
Be Safe. Have Fun. Most of all. Make MONEY!! :)

welcome from central jersey, when i first started getting flagged on cl i would get mad but then it dawned on me that my ad when i reposted it, it would be on top again, so at the bottom of my ad i would write (flag away). becouse if mine is on top theirs is getting closer to the bottom.

Welcome to the forum and good luck scrapping. Question though...how do you know if a listing got flagged? I'm sure its evident so i guess none of mine have been flagged (yet).
