I have an oppertunity to buy a lot of these. About a Gaylord full. Do these look like telecom. They have the telephone like ports on the sides. They don't look heavily populated. What would you pay for them. http://i1147.photobucket.com/albums/...7/IMAG0476.jpg
ok it's about time I asked someone, what on earth is a gaylord?
i'm picturing some guy with a hairy chest, big moustache and lots of gold bling wearing a white fluffy robe on a harley.

I been picking up the odd plastic skid, great to keep things off the ground, I want a pallet jack aventually, that will be handy to move about the place but yeah, an up/down thingy would be real handy.
From what I'm seeing I think it would be a mid-grade. Unless there's something good hiding under the heat sinks (like cpu's) then the grade would go up.Quote:

You are correct, but not like a Pentium Pro. Also most FPGA's have balls and not pins, so even less gold there. They do cost a lot though.... I wonder if they are Xilinx or similar and if there is any demand. They can get removed and re-balled if they were working.Quote:
