Hard labor indeed, got millions of miles of ditches that need trash picked out of them and mowed so put em to work. They'll be doing something positive with their time and getting exercise, sounds like a win win to me
I don't think he'll be picking up trash for a while. The marine that got stabed should get a purple heart or a plaque or something.
