Not this forum, that's for sure.
Photobucket is the only one I've gotten to work for posting photo's.
photobucket, or if you have your own domain name, that option too.
upsimple.com is another alternative that's fairly simple, even though it defaults to french, it's easy enough to know where to place the photo, where to click for upload, and what the link will be

I forgot my password and name on photobucket and with their no service service I cant get help from them.
Just make a new account
