What a day!!

So, I made a promise to my wife that I wasn't going out tonight! (day before bulk trash)!!!!! I have been out every night for about a month, and she just wanted to see me. I understood, so I'm on my way home from work and get into town and something catches my eye through a wrought Iron fence and bushes. It's a deep double basin stainless steel sink. I think what the heck, why not. I turn on the next street and double back into alley to get the sink. Load it and proceed down alley. 2 houses down is a dryer cord attached!! I stop and load. The neighbor comes out and says "you recycling?" I said yes and home owner says "I got a washer in garage if you want." I said sure. So I pull truck up and grab one of my flyers. When the garage opens I hand him the flyer. He looks it over and says "Oh you take grills?" I said yup. So he tells me I can grab one from back yard!! As I'm loading he goes in and comes out with a printer!! I thank him and proceed down alley. I know I need to get home as I promised I wasn't going out. As I turn out of the alley a car honks and flashes their lights, so I pull over grab flyer and greet driver. He says he has an upright full size freezer in his garage if I want. I said sure, let me run home and unload and I'll be right over. The home owner says great I'll set it out. I hand him a flyer, thank him and head home to unload. Once unloaded I head back to his house. When I get there I see the huge upright freezer!! Glad no one else grabbed it I look down and notice an old PC and Monitor, a TV, Lamp and Ceiling fan!! Wow!!!! I'm going to promise not to go out every night. lol......:p

sounds like you better pick up a bottle of wine and some roses next trip ; )

Or maybe take her out to dinner.

You should have just taken her back with you and let her see what u do......I let the old lady and youngsters tag along

I would love to take her, but she has turned down offers. I guess when I hit a mother load maybe she will show more interest, but at least she lets me go out.

Oh, and Bear and Happyscrapper I am taking Wed off from the 9-5 and have taken your ideas into great consideration!!
