There is a lot more money to be made here for resale here definitely.
I just know that Rasmus is pretty well known here in Virginia, I'm not sure about TX because I don't see many listings down there.
Maybe someone can cash in on the relatively "downlow" reputation or lack of reputation down there.
Someone should give it a shot.
