Need help in grading this boards!!

Hello scrapers!
In the video below I am showing you two type of boards that I need to grade. I am not sure what to do with them because at the scrap yard they give me the same price as pc motherboards. And I am sure thy worth more.

2nd one is high grade telecom. In the US, I'd expect at least $5 per pound. 1st on is hard to tell. If those are trans transformers, it's going to lower the price considerably.
