    High on O2 I'm excited.

I haven't gotten into them yet but I got two of these today.

Before anyone says fix/resell them for respect to the place I got them, they will be destroyed.

I'm excited to see everything in them is high quality metal parts, I see a good amount of brass: big chunks of it. Some decent copper tubing, wiring, chunks of aluminum, and there is a nice sized motor for the compressor(one missing). There is a battery of some sort because I accidentally hit a button and an alarm started going off.

We'll see how it turns out.

    how many you get?
Determine never to be idle. No person will have occasion to complain of the want of time who never loses any. It is wonderful how much may be done if we are always doing.

Any of you dumpster divers out there I recommend adding dumpsters near medical supply places to your route. Since it is insurance/medicare based they tend to throw things away often since they are "paid" for.

These things are kind of a buzz kill. Most of the weight was in the motor, and what I thought was a chunk of brass was aluminum. The aluminum was extrusion and about 5lbs worth, about 2 lbs of brass, 15lb or so motor, and about 10lbs in steel, maybe 1 lb in wire, and only a 9v battery!

Some of my best finds were from health care facilities, once got 6 kidney dialysis machines. All kinds of mid-high grade boards, lots of aluminim, 18 lbs transformers in each one. made good money off them, would like to find more. Keep your eyes open for any kind of medical equipment.

I did get a couple portable O2 units before and you are correct - they are very nice finds! The bottles were SS and the rest was AL. I can't even imagine having a dialysis machine!
