    I'm Confused.......What's the deal with Contacting Lowe's Regional Office

    Is it pertaining to obtaining scrap or dropping something off? Stupid question I know. I don't know if I read far enough into it or what. I'm severely confused.

    In regards to getting scrap appliances from them I believe.
