    Telephone service.

Just after we moved onto this new property were we have high speed ADSL Internet service I opted not to get a telephone.

Instead we have a ghost number for the ADSL service, without the telephone service. I then purchased a Aastra voip telephone with a cordless handset..

    Signed up with https://www.voip.ms

Awesome service with plenty of added features for $0.0125 a minute billed in 6 second increments, toll free calls are free, all voip.ms to voip.ms are also free. call forward, all blocking, change your caller ID to any random number of your choosing.

It cost me $1.98 a month for my number, I get two lines that enable simultaneous outbound or incoming calls.

If you sign up for a 1 800 number you would have unlimited channels, outbound and inbound calling features. if you did not have enough operators to answer your inbound calls they would go to call waiting where you could have a recorded message about your fine services that you have to offer.

A multi line system for your office would probably require a PBX system, which can be built using open source software on an old PC.

If you need more info on how to set up a PBX system follow this link.

Just thought I would throw this information out there for those of you who are thinking about growing your business.
