I never knew the title. A cop is abducted and trained as a martial arts superhero. The old master can dodge bullets and run on water. The cop can run on wet cement. The villain chasing him sees footprints on the cement, so he steps forward and goes in 8 feet deep. The quote of that moment is something like "Glorp."
