    When a butterfly flaps its wings

    Its funny how one small event can lead to unintended consequences.

    My 16 year old son and his friend decided to spray each other with water bottles at school.

    They got detention.

    Because he was in detention his unfinished physics project got locked in a classroom. Its due Monday and is a major part of his grade.

    Because he needs to start from scratch, he is using all my cardboard. The cardboard was collected so this weekend I could insulate my dirt floor garage that I use for a work shop.



    Because my son had a water fight at school my toes and fingers are very cold and I'm a little grumpy.

    Sounds to me like the little feller will be enjoying a little F&S time while they hunt up some cardboard for the shop...

    Check out the appliance stores (stove-refrig.) for their cardboard they take off new appliances. It is triple wall boxes to keep the minor dents out of the new stuff.

    I have have a nice pile of electric typewriters and little printers that I have been saving for a moment like this.

    Honestly how mad can you be when your 16 year old is in physics and its 38 degrees, basically a tropical paradise for south Dakota.

    It will be colder this week. Actually want it to freeze up again because yesterday trying to check some traps across harvested farm fields was a sliding mud feast in my friends wide tired truck. Need things to get stiff again around here...
