Are most of us insomniacs??? - Page 2

I am an insomniac, sometimes I go two days without much if any sleep then crash for ten to twelve hours. Most of the time I sleep 3-4 hours fitfully. I don't much care for the morning anymore, too many years of working 2nd or night shifts, or operating at night in the army. My body is so used to it I actually get tired in bright light go figure.

I have once in a while taken sleep aids for when I need to have a working brain the next day. I too get excited about scrapping and spend way too much time breaking stuff down.

Have been since a child. Gets to the point that 6-7 days straight I get 1-2 hours a night. After 7 days I get real batty. That's when I hit the cooler real hard. Knock myself out. But no matter how many cans I "scrap" 4-6 hours is all I'll sleep.
