Anybody else experiencing very sloooow page loads?

Every now and then this week (including right now at 8:50 pm Eastern), I have experienced some really slow page load times at the forum. Has anybody else had this problem?

No problem here with SMF in particular but last night I had to restart my computer as EVERYTHING was slow and now it's okay. Might try that.

I should have mentioned that when the problem occurs for me, it seems to be limited to this site. That was the first thing I checked, to make sure it wasn't my computer or my Internet service. Maybe it's also relevant that I'm using Mozilla as my browser? Anyway, when it has happened this week, it usually doesn't last very long. It's just a new pattern that I've noticed.

Before my desktop went down, i didn't have any issues. An I use firefox all the time as my main browser. This laptop sucks, which makes it sloooooooow for any webpage. Boggles the mind.

Your in NY yes FL? Didn't comcast just get paid big bucks to let netflix have a faster load speed? Maybe their throttling everyone else, or it's slowing others down? Wouldn't surprise me, but I reckon that's not the case.

I have been having that broblem for a while now, even tried updatting everything and cleanning out all the junk. Helped a little but it's still slower than the rest of the web.
