    Your guidance counselor will have all the information you should need on this subject. Make an appointment (during a hated class of course) and s/he should be able to point you in the right direction. If I remember correctly there were three or four books of places you could apply for scholarships/ grants and most of them were a paper or short story. The money is there go get it!
    Found this on the state of MO website
    "Like" the MDHE's Facebook page, Journey to College. The MDHE is often notified when new private scholarships are available or when a scholarships' application period opens, and this information is added immediately to Journey to College.
