Hugs and prayers from my family to yours
It's funny you should say that. I have lots of stuff to do around here and I had a small pile that needed broken down and shipped off. I have been monitoring my blood pressure every hour or two just to get a handle on what may make it rise or fall. Today when I was tearing down, I stopped and took a few minutes to check it and I had the lowest readings by far.
It is good therapy!
Sooo glad to hear you are home and recovering parrothead!

Glad to hear you are recovering. Have patience and perseverance. The body and mind are amazing when it comes to healing itself but it also takes a positive attitude and that in many cases can determine recovery. The scrapping and breaking down of stuff will likely be as good, maybe even better therapy than what the doctor suggests.
Will keep you in our prayers here.

So glad to read your doing better. You don't really know me but I added you in my prayers. I knew you had to be a very good person for all these members to care about you. It seems this forum is filled with good people. Makes me proud to be a member of this forum. It's has the most mature members then any other forum I've been on.
