    On a side note...

    If none of you have ever visited the WW2 Memorial, The Wall, or the other monuments in DC..you really should. Specially the new ones. It's one of the things I miss about not living there. Actually about the only thing. Ha ha!

    I've been to DC several times. I took one of my brothers there for his 40th birthday. He's my brother and my best friend, he never understood why I joined the Navy or why anyone would want to join the military. After visiting the "WALL", I reminded him that some of these people joined for many reasons, but most did so because their country wanted them to do so and it wasn't a option for them not to go! My brother sees things a little different now! I'm 100% for a volunteer military I hope we never have a draft again, but if we need to I hope those back home remember those that went and may never see their home again.
