    I don't, not worth the effort. if I see a penny and it looks old (Wheet penny or earlier) then I will take it mostly because I used to collect coins as a kid. When I get change I dump pennies into a large glass jar and the silver coins into a different one where they eventually get rolled up and taken to the bank. Rolling up $20 in pennies takes a while and is bulky to carry around.



    How often do you spot a penny on the ground anyway? if you found a penny every day for a year you have barely enough for a crappy happy meal at McDonalds (once you roll them and take them to the bank because NOBODY is going to count 365 loose pennies at a store).
