    Anybody heard from Hoss?

Just wondered how he's doing if anyone knows.

don't know but the last I heard from him , he sounded like he went off the deep end, and beat up the very guy he just went to court on and got probation for that, IN THE COURT HOUSE PARKING LOT ! sooooo my guess is at very least, he is probably in the "county Hilton" hope not but sounded like that's where he was headed.

Haven't we all wanted to beat the living crap out of some ***hole who desperately needed it, though?

Just gives another meaning of a SCRAPPER! Sometimes just not worth the trouble. I once got charged for disorderly conduct for trying to stop a fight and never hurt anyone and the law doesn't want to hear it. That's why so many people hate the police. You gotta think twice before getting into this ****. Some people will get whats coming to them. I hope he's getting out soon.

When I was young(er) and foolish(er), I got into a very minor altercation with a guy. Over a girl. (Isn't it always?). Anyway, I get a call from the local police asking me to come in and tell my side of the story. So I went. No attorney, and in complete naive expectation that they just wanted information.

Well, it turns out the guy had told them I cut him with a knife. I didn't know this at first, and the cop didn't tell me until the end of the interview. Fortunately, I had an innocent, believable face, and I told him exactly what had happened. The cop believed me, pulled my ARREST WARRANT out of the drawer and tore it up.

This could have gone very badly.

We get older. We get wiser. Supposedly. lol Always, always, always go with an attorney. And even then, be careful what you say.

I've seen the lawyer thing go both ways. My ex tried to frame me multiple times and dragged me into court. I got a lawyer at that point and he told me to stop talking to the police. I was completely innocent but when I quit talking to them it made them very suspicious of me. It all ended well enough - I never got charged with anything but it kind of made me realize that there are probably quite a few innocent people in the jails.
