I highly doubt it because you are suppose to be innocent until you are proven guilty. A background check is only suppose to show what you have recorded by the courts.

Anyway good luck with whatever you got going.

Depends on the state and the severity of the arrest.

Depends on several factors. In PA any arrest will show up. It is the conviction that hurt ya. After it is resolved you need to have it expungded. And it is Guilty unti you pay to be proven innocent. Do not go anywhere near a court room with out a lawyer.

Your arrest record is always accessible no matter what. Felony or not! Even if found innocent.
For the most part it's all public record.

Like said above your arrest record is public whether innocent or guilty. When proven innocent there will be nothing on your record.

Just hope its not scrap related because most yards here in NC have a Do not buy from list for those with any such record..

Yes they do show up. They are usually listed under "open charges" in many states. There is not much a lawyer can do about this until a case is resolved.

In the UK they won't come up on a normal Criminal Records Background check but will for an enhanced one which is a prerequisite for working with vulnerable people.

In Colorado you can have a record of arrest sealed but it takes time, money and paperwork. Even if the municipality that made the arrest has deleted the record the Colo Bureau of Investigation keeps the record forever so that a person that works with kids can be cleared before hired. My wife is a teacher and as a contractor I also had to go thru the screening process when I did some work for a school.

I had a pending charge as well, it does show up for an employment background check. Luckily, an employer may overlook it because they understand that an arrest does not equal guilt!
