Oregon raised deposit on cans and bottles to $.10

Now California will be smuggling cans and bottles there.... BottleBill.org - The Oregon Deposit Law

Wow. That's quite a jump. And with the California CRV already in trouble with local rdemption centers, how could OR not think it was going to attract deposit cheating with this move?

On a similar note, when did OK get a CRV? That just seems like baiting. Any idea what it covers?

The OK+ stamp is for alcohol content not a deposit stamp. https://www.scrapmetalforum.com/off-...-beer-can.html
