    If your stripping fabric off cushions you should be able to sell that fabric to a textile recycler also.

    within the past month i have noticed that at the dump they now have a section for carpet .... .... needs to find a one in sacramento

    I have sold carpet padding for scrap..Usually in your bigger cities you might get a few bucks for old padding

    Sometimes old threads are very useful as many here like to point out. I don't know where the place in Nashville is, but someone on here might and it could very well still be in business. I hope someone knows and answers.

    I am the one that sold padding in nashville but it has been years since I was there...i will look on the net later and see if I can find it
