I believe those are rankings that the forum administration has assigned, based on number of posts, or time of membership, or something. They change automatically when a certain point is reached. They could say anything at all, and really don't tell you anything other than that the member has posted more than a certain number of times, or been on the forum foe so long, and they aren't really a claim by a particular member of their level of expertise. I'm listed as an experienced scrapper too, but I didn't assign that title to myself...Being on your profile as a experienced scrapper I would figure you would know this stuff.
