    Flat screen tvs

Most flat screen televisions that are found without a cracked screen are easy to fix usually just a capacitor or two

This is a very handy site.
You can search the model of TV and often they are able to tell you what you need to know to fix it.
Like if its a manufacturing fault, or a weakness in the TV.
They can also sell you proper caps that will not go bad.

The first time I used the site, in less than 5 minutes I found out that the problem with a 50inch flat screen I found for free.
Was simply a bad mylar connection to the screen.. ie, its fixed using a slip of cardboard under the mylar clamp....
