Prices will depend on the buyer. But, I don't that the Core 2 Quad will be worth between $15-25. Your RAM will likely have the highest yield.

Some buyers may have those items on price lists in the Buyer's section....

On things like the graphics cards and motherboards, you'll likely have to ask. Some boards hold their value well, while some just aren't desirable at all. A board with SLI should have good value retention for a socket 775.

You'll have to ask a buyer, though. I specialize in RAM and HDDs, not motherboards. Hopefully that helps a little....

best place to get resale value if working is Ebay...will set your price or see if people even want it.
PROFIT is made when you BUY/ACQUIRE NOT when you sell

I meant where you have an idea on pricing...you don't have to SELL it there...but you know what it is worth on the open market.

You'll have better luck emailing the buyers directly. Most have direct contact info on their buyer's page...

Don't search ebay for what is selling, search for the sold listings. Then you can see what people actually paid for items.

    gaming component values?

core 2 quad prices went down the toilet. used to sell for 40-50.00 no problem. I can't get 15.00 for them now.

I got your text OP, but it would not send a response...so I will respond here.

The patriot ram is a 2 stick kit of 4, so it would be my 2gb ddr2 price. $8 for both.
Same with the quad core. $12

the xfx radeon 6570 is 14.50
asus motherboard $10 (provided it IS actually SLI)

the asus graphics card and gigabyte motherboard have no value to me other than scrap. Hope that answers your questions.

yes you will ALWAYS only be looking at sold listings in the last 30 days preferably. That will give you the going rate that will be closest to the open market.

as side note, I ALWAYS remind people that tech like this is in HYPE speed mode...meaning something 6 months old even will not be worth NEARLY what it was...the 1gb video card has been around in some form for MANY years now...even mine is a few years old and it is 3GB.

Good luck, just keep your expectations reasonable.

nope its a kit so each stick is 2gb if the part number you listed is correct. I also returned your message with prices.

I can help too, but I'll be pretty much in line with everyone else.

I don't deal with Patriot too much, but it sounds like they named similarly to Kingston. On Kingston, you would see the kit total listed as the size. Since they came in kits of two, one hlaf of the kit size was your RAM size.

I have no clue why they did it like that...

You could build a fair computer out of those parts but you would need a power supply and case............Similar stuff can be had from gov't surplus locations for usually around $20 fully functional
