Got this wire in today - does it have resale value instead of scrapping?

So I was going through my 'small crap that piles up in boxes' stack in the shop today, and happened to run across this wire that was stuck in the bottom of a box. I'll link to images below, but it has an OD of 3/8" and has many smaller copper threads (not solid core). I would guess I have about 30-40' feet coiled up and a bit of googling around says that it can be used for power runs between large electrical equipment etc. The only marking on the cable is '> > > > > > 0276 M > > > > > >'.

I thought about stripping the cable but wondered if it would be more valuable to a construction company or electrician? Should I just toss it up on craigslist? What should I ask for something like this?

Yeah I've had to do that on quite a bit of stuff too, this was just something I hadn't run into before so for all I knew it was something worth $4/ft. Couldn't figure it out myself so had to throw it out there for the forum

Electricians/contractors can't use it due to liability issues.
