    FAILED aluminium whiskey glass casting

Well, I decided to try something a little trickier...and it didn't quite work out! The glass walls are pretty fine, and I was told "I should try something bigger", which hit the Game On switch.

Great learning experience, and now I have a challenge to get this casting completed eventually. Made a video out of it for what it's worth : my failures are most often the greatest learning experiences I have.

If any of you casters out there have any suggestions, let me know. I'm going to try larger sprues, but figure it might take a bit of trial and error before I get the right technique for casting something so thin with a 3d template.

This has prompted me to pre-clean my casting aluminium however, so I think I'm going to test out my large crucible next...
