I am on cable and it still lags at time. Can't imagine having dial up now, though I did have it about 10 years ago.

Before I got to Wayne's post, I Googled Sensormatic and came up with the information he posted. Google is your friend for future reference.

You should have the option to turn off pictures and avatars in your profile somewhere, that will speed it up.

Lol - I thought I was fast when I upgraded to a 28.8k. I still remember my first dial-up board.

I remember even slower ones and being in my younger teens working odd jobs to buy 15 - 20 of them and the phones lines to make interwebs

Nice job of breaking that stuff down,BUT, most of the guys and gals on here also have full time jobs, have a lot of work and also do other types of scrapping besides escrap. If your not going to put the time into researching what you have why not just offer to sell it whole. You obviously are concerned about the $$$ you can get out of it. Kinda one way to me...jmo

No, you do resell stuff, to the yard everytime you bring stuff in. It seems that you were able to get the stuff but want others to do your work when it comes to learning about what it is and what its worth. You said in your intro that you have been scrapping for 3 years, thats great, how did you come about your knowledge then? Now that you found ewaste where one lb of something potentially has the same value of 1000 lbs of steel you expect others to show you where it is and how to get it. And to show your appreciation for all this info you thanked ONE person on this forum for all this info.

Sorry, I guess I didn't realize that hitting the thanks button was so important. The reason why I enjoy selling stuff to the yards because they are not tire kickers, they always buy the stuff from me. I learned how to scrap ferrous and non ferrous metals by asking people, like I am on this forum and trial and error.
