    How many screws in a computer power supply. Described watt, watt, and brand in your answer.

    It will depend on the power but the most commen would be 4-6 for the housing, 4 for the board and 4 for the fan for a total of 14. That's my story and I'm sticking with it.

    I will add 4 -6 more to Happys total, the power input socket sometimes has 2, the 110/220 volt switch has 2, and sometimes supplys have an extra output socket than can have 2 in them.
    My total would be from 16 - 22, depending on how the input socket is secured to the case.

    I dont count the 4 screws that hold the PS in the confusers case
    If it wasn't for the laws of physics, I would be unstoppable.

    TOO many for the extra time vs what you get in $$$ for pulling it apart...I know, I have done MANY....works better to just cut the wire and throw it in the power supply pile with no wire....sell as is....

    and yes my specialty is ewaste....
    PROFIT is made when you BUY/ACQUIRE NOT when you sell
