Yeah more govt agencies to blow money and yet another segment of the population gets hoodwinked in the process. Another GSA in the making, stay tuned for the next video showcasing just how abused taxpayers get. Enforce the dam laws we got already stupid ! The only common sense they did use was banning convicted metal theifs was selling to yards, which why that's not a law already is beyond me.
