Back in the day when I bought my articulating wall mount for my 51" it cost me $600 for the mount, yep, I'm that stupid to pay $600 for a wall mount.. anyway , that looks pretty heavy and its articulating, gotta be worth some coin.

List it as a articultaing heavy duty flat screen wallmount for hstv. If it is universal, put that. If not, then take measurements of the screw holes so the consumer can make sure it will fit there set. You might also consider getting some wall screws and hollow thingies to add to it, which might boost sales. People hate buying things without all the parts.
