Hey all! I've been lurking for some time and find a lot of the info here quite enlightening and sometimes funny. One quick thought I'd like to mention to others, when using a sledge on an old rusty electric transformer, don't do it while drinking, wearing shorts, on top of a steel slab and hitting the back corner....otherwise that 5LB puppy will shoot like a cannonball into your leg and ricochet into the other and cause nerve damage for about 4 months. Just a thought. Seriously though, I hope to learn from the oldies and maybe put my 2 cents in from time to time to help my fellow scrap mongers. Peace!
