Success in obtaining these items is limited in quantity from an individual seller and cost of shipping. It would be challenging to make a profit when you have to come to central South Dakota for a trailer load of such items purchased at scrap value.
Some ideas for obtaining items:
Farriers - horseshoes, rasps, spurs, etc.
Landfill - any and all if they allow removal of items.
Yard sales - what ever
family estate auctions
The best - old family dumps - for generations families would abandon old machinery and garbage in shelter belts. These are the most productive.
