I have buckets, a knowledge of the metals, a magnet, a good sized vehicle. Anyone got any tips? Any sorts of things that are just a complete waste of time? I can't really do huge appliances but I'm sure there are other things to make money on. Any help is greatly appreciated! I'm totally new to this so I apologize if I sound uneducated about this! I'm not looking to make this a full time career, I just figure it's a great way to help the environment and make a little extra money on the side! Thanks!
We're all on here because of paper chasing. Many different types of scrap and ppl who scrap. I mainly stick to cars and the scrap my own activities generate, but again to each their own. I will say it does get easier, I use to have to search high and low for scrap, now it kinda finds me, also having a reputation and being well known for being "the scrap guy" helps too.
