A quick google search found me this place in Boyertown, dont know anything about them or their prices, but just what I found with a quick google

    Direct Core & Auto LLC

Core Buyer, Scrap Metal - Get Cash For Your Cores - Pa - Nationwide

Seems like they buy what you are looking to sell. I am not sure of anyone on here specifically though. I think we have a catalytic converter buyers section on here but not one for other cores I dont think. With that volume you should be able to find a buyer! Good luck!

Thanks kss. I have heard of them. I will check them out! they seem to be the only "local" guys I could find. As far as Cats I found I get the best price dealing with a smaller guy than a massive refiner who is buying bulk and wont price every cat correctly. I was hoping to find a similar person for cores. Do you know much about selling engine and trans cores?

I have no Philly specific knowledge but googling Philadelphia Engine Rebuilder produces promising results. If my experience here in Las Vegas is relevant there, selling engines and transmissions as cores is hit or miss with a lot of miss. Most engine/trans core buyers I'm aware of look for very specific models only.

Thanks. With the internet a simple switch in key words like "re-builder" could change all the results!
