    My intro

Hello all, from Jacksonville Florida, new to the forum, novice at scrapping. I do it in my spare time, collecting what others throw away in our dumpster at work. I work in home improvements, plumbing, etc. I aquire lots of plumbing parts, mostly brass, but just about every metal. Looking to better my skills, and at the time of this posting, I am hoarding about a 1000 lb of brass waiting for the market to bounce.

Welcome to the forum. I expected copper, not brass. Is that because so much PEX is going in now?

Welcome to the forum. You are absolutely in the right place to learn more about this business. Take some time to read the old threads while keeping up with the current ones. You will be happy you did. 73, Mike
