I have come to scrapping as I have come to most every endeavor which I have attempted. Somewhat as I remember W. C. Fields stated, after falling through the roof and while brushing himself off, "I have arrived." So too, I have found myself not supported by all of my efforts and just trying to pick myself up and ...make my actions look profitable.
I actually am not a full time scrapper, I have a full time job working at a university where I have been a part of a team who have developed a metal and e-waste recovery stream which has greatly increased the profitability of the department I work in.
I have been imagining myself developing a second income by scrapping on the side and hope that I can learn how to develop a profitable metal source through this forum.
